Two kittens abandonned and dead

Hello,

While I was walking as usual, my dog ​​in the park on Pham Ngu Lao Street, District 1, Saigon. I found the bodies of two kittens for about ten days. 

Those cats had probably been abandoned the day before, during the night.

This happens frequently in this park, and probably in other parts of the city, and probably in other cities of Vietnam and elsewhere.

If the owners of cats do not want kitten,they just  could make  sterilize the cat, that's all.

I have rescued in the past kittens, but they all died, maltreatment and disease, and most important, they are separated from their mother too soon.

This is what many people do here, they separate the puppies or kittens from their mothers after about a week.

For kittens they are often found abandoned or dead in the street, because many do not care and imagine when it rains ...

I know an old Vietnamese gentleman who has already rescued cats  as well as dogs, but there's no room in his house anymore.

So what to do if it is only to show people, through the media, what really happens, and change the way some of them behave towards pets.
